How to communicate with stakeholders? Workshop at CEED

Posted by Aleksandra Hristov on April 23rd, 2012 under Events | No Comments »

How to communicate with stakeholders is name of the workshop i held on Tuesday, 23rd April. Like my last one training, this one was organized by CEED center for entrepreneurship and executive development too, as a part of top class plus program and it was held in Belgrade chamber of commerce.

I met my students again, successful young people, top managers of leading Serbian companies hoping that we will have a great time together, at least half as good as on our last training. We were very productive and interactive again – we performed practical exercises, discussed with every participant about his own company and his or her own stakeholders. I did my best to cover all the essential issues about this subject – term of stakeholder, and answer to questions: who may be stakeholder, mutual influence of company and stakeholders, how to influence our target audience, how to communicate with them and how to treat them. I paid a lot of attention on credibility and the relationship between confidence and competence.

My students (i like to call them so) were amazed how complex this issue is and about the value of knowledge who can take the role of stakeholder. At the end of workshop i gave them practical instructions and tools for successful communication with target audiences. Just like last time, to my great pleasure, my expectations were accomplished and i got excellent marks for my training.

Together with Business Knowledge consulting company we have performed customer service training for KOGO Lounge Bar. Located next to Grand Casino Belgrade at Hotel Jugoslavia, on the Danube river, KOGO is not only a great place for partying, good food and night life, but a great place for business training.

We plan to organize public (open) business training events here. So far most of the business public training in Serbia has been organized inside, in dark and plain spaces. We believe training location must be stimulative for mind, body and spirit. Learning doesn’t have to be boring to be successful.
